Wim Delvoye the man responsible for so much strange and shocking (to some) art, sculptures and installations. Famous for his Art farm, where he keeps pigs in pig heaven (air conditioning, mad food Etc) tattoos them and then kills them to sell their skin as art. He is also known for his machine "cloaca" which basically reproduces the human digestive system, and provides Realistic machine Nards that can then be sold to willing buyers. Anyway the man is a mad scientist and has an exhibition at Mona in Hobart with more than 100 pieces. I know it's a little far from old Sydney town, But well worth it.
